Dear Summit Neighbors,

This is a reminder that the Summit Neighborhood Association is looking
for new Board members. If you care about your neighborhood, and if
you wish to help maintain and improve the quality of life in Summit,
please consider joining the Board.

We meet monthly on the third Monday of the month. In addition to
attending Board meetings, members are also expected to participate in
one or more of the Association's events and activities (the yard sale,
the fountain project, the N. Main St. project, monitoring zoning
issues, interacting with the Merchants' Association and Miriam
Hospital, and so on).

You can make a difference in our neighborhood, and SNA is a great way
to do it. Please consider putting forward your name, or the name of a
valued neighbor, for Board membership. Board members will be chosen
at our annual meeting in February. We will hold a coffee hour for
prospective Board members in January.

Meanwhile, if you want to see what the Board is about, please feel
free to attend our next monthly meeting, tomorrow (Dec. 21) at 7:00
p.m at Summit Commons (the former Hillside Nursing Center at 99
Hillside). All Board meetings are open to the public.

We look forward to seeing you there!

best,
Tom
