[Summit] no smoking 2 bedroom apt with storage - still looking

Still looking.  Unfortunately we WILL probably need to move.

I have contacted a lawyer about trying to resolve our problem with the
smokers violating their lease, but it doesn't look good.

Every day they smoke, and without bothering to go outside,  I am ill. I
can't accept this.

No one is perfect but we have been responsible, helpful tenants. We have
been here 14 years, since right after our wedding. Now we have to leave what
has become our home, including moving a LOT of stuff.

It is also our place of work, so it will be hard to pull this off without
disrupting our business.

I feel betrayed.

It's another fall out from the economy.  He doesn't want to put them out
because he "can't risk an empty apartment."

Well he's gonna get one anyway.

But we pay the price.

This is a nightmare
