[Summit] Maybe we should try to buy? a couple questions

Prices are down somewhat- so since we probably have to move, I'm checking it
out. Although it is probably still out of our reach.

To do some rough estimates I have a couple questions that mortgage
calculators don't cover

What is the single family, owner occupied, residential tax rate for 02906,
specifically the stretch between Elmgrove and Highland, if that matters?

What is the single family, owner occupied, residential tax rate for this end
of 02860, sort of Job Lot area, crossing back over East Ave, over down to
water & cemetary?

I assume the insurance can vary a lot- but can someone give me a ball park
figure or range, maybe per $100,000, for a non-fancy house that's up to
code?

Or are there calculators for these things also on line?

Thanks--

Mrs B
