[Summit] How do I throw away paint cans?

We just went thru this in process of moving to RI. 1st suggestion: take *all
of the same kind*, i.e., latex *or *alkyd (oil). In a large 5 gal. bucket,
mix them. We had partials of lime, tan, white, purple, orange, blue, and a
glaring bluish-purple! Mixed all the latex together and came up with almost
2 gal of a beautiful light cadet blue. Used it to paint a foyer and
stairway. You can do the same with all the oil-based. That way you are
repurposing rather than disposing!
