Daten--I have noticed several street lights that are out  in different 
neighborhoods---for the most part- I believe it is a way for  the city to save 
money--but on the other hand-they leave the lights burning in  city buildings 
while  they are closed (as shown on 'you paid for it' ) Just  who makes the 
decisions-I have no idea..perhaps it is a city  official.

I just found out about it  and it seems like a great idea. I think some of 
you have used it. I looked at  some of the Providence issues and they are 
all open. The light out at the end  of my street for example. That was 
reported months ago.
