I was the only one on my street to put trash out on Tues and it was picked-up. I just couldn't fathom that they did pick-up on a holiday, 1st time in 12 years. I also had checked the city website Mon night and it was outdated. Very strange that they did it two days in a row.

I emailed them and got TWO emails back within 24 hours to say that pickup was as usual. (nice, fast response!) I was also told that they had a technical problem with the website and were trying to get it straightened out. I just checked it out again and it is updated through January, 2012.

We thought it would be moved back a day, to Tuesday, since President's Day is on the list of trash holidays. But no. The trash must have been picked up before we arrived on Monday.
