does anyone know of a good place to get an antique pocket watch repaired?

I've been to the relocated Providence Watch Hospital and not been super impressed. Have others had the same experience?

Pawtucket used to hand out a free calendar that had all this kind of information on it: trash pickup, City Council meetings, when and where the zoning board met, etc. etc., with nice old black and white photographs of the city. Available free at the public library.?
Any chance we could get Providence to do something like this? It?would solve the Presidents' Day problem, and provide a lot of other useful information as well --

If a conractor is hired by the city, someone should get the correct schedule 
to them! This is TOO costly to the taxpayers!!!

Not everyone has a computer, or the time to look up such frivolous info on 
the website. Things need to be straightened out in the first place. My 
"bible" is the list the city has asked us to follow from years back. If 
there are any changes..spend the money to reissue "hard-copy" schedules; 
send them out to the households.

Better to spend the money in a way it will reach people; rather than paying 
refuse collectors for double work and holiday overtime!

Warwick (where I live now) has had a trash and recycling calendar for
several year. It's nice; each month features a photo submitted by a resident
and chosen by the sanitation board. Our recycling pickups are on alternate
weeks: paper one week; cans/bottles/plastic the next. The calendar weeks are
highlighted in either blue or green to indicate which recycling week it is
at a glance. These wall calendars were mailed to all residents.

This year the city decided to forgo a printed calendar because of the cost.
I believe it was between $30K and $35K per year.  Providence has a larger
population, so the cost would be even higher. Just something to think about.

Postscript: There was such a hue and cry in Warwick about the calendar's
discontinuation (even though the trash schedule is viewable and downloadable
on the city web site), they have brought it back beginning this month; the
calendars are allegedly in the mail right now. On the other hand, we did
have a modest budget surplus this past year, so it's affordable here.
