[Summit] homeowners insurance

I am trying to get a VERY ROUGH idea of what owning a single family home in
Pawtucket would cost.

Could a few people volunteer to me HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COSTS for a small
wood frame single family homes- maybe just ball park?

We are looking for something $200,000 or less, or it can't happen. (Yes I
know that's optimistic - too bad- can't afford more and can NOT go condo or
two family)

But even what do people pay on $250 or $300,000 homes?

I have NO idea if it would be $50/mon or $500/mon!!  ( This is JUST the
regular insurance, not any extra for low down payment.)

Agents, even internet sites, all want my name & number and which exact house
and etc.  Overkill.  I just need an rough estimate!
