[Summit] sinking hole update

[Breslers]

I took pictures of the sinking hole today and then tried to spray the
bump-up part yellow, as a warning/reminder.
A little guerilla road sign work.

I didn't get far. The nozzle cloggled almost immediately on an almost full
can!

There is only enough that if you already know there is something look out
for, maybe at least it will be a reminder/locater.

Then I called the pothole folks at city hall AGAIN and actually got a human
being!  When I said "4th Street" he said "At North Main?" so obviously
someone else had already gotten through, but I reiterated it was NOT a pot
hole but sinking asphault, adjascent to a curb drain, which was maybe
collapsing.

I also told him that I had sprayed yellow paint there.  Maybe that could
help them fix the right place?

He said he would send someone out.  Maybe this time it will work....

PS I attached a picture, which is 55K.  I can't remember if that is small
enough?
