[Summit] zip car

They have added some cars and it looks like they are going to add more.
There are signs up on South Main near the Cable Car but no cars shown from
that location on the web site yet. The interesting thing is the spots on
South Main are on the street and I think I saw some over by the train
station that were on-street, so I guess the City is renting spaces to Zip
Car. I wonder what people think of that? Seems like a good exception to
the overnight parking rule to me but maybe folks would prefer them to be off
street.
