[Summit] More burglaries

My friend had his apartment at 47 Chace broken into and was completely
robbed. This is probably the crime that the person at 39 Chace witnessed,
and this incident was reported to the police (though the police have told my
friend that they have no leads on the criminals or their vehicle).
