[Summit] Swimming in the fountain

Yes, for what it is worth - my fully-clothed four year old jumped in the
fountain a couple of weeks ago while I was busy talking with a neighbor.
(Yes, he knows how to swim and yes, I immediately got him out and told him
to never do that again.)  But kids will be kids.  Its amazing that it is in
fact legal to have fountains anymore, what with all the concern about kids
drowning in un-secured backyard pools...
