Hi All,

About an hour and a half ago I saw two men break into m neighbor's house on Hillside Avenue through a basement window. I called the police immediately but they arrived too late. The pair of burglars had left by the back door, setting off the house's alarm. The house was sold recently and is empty, so I doubt the two got away with anything.

The two men I saw were white and looked like construction workers or appliance repair guys. I'd say they were mid-thirties to around forty. One of them had very close cropped hair and was lanky. The other had his back to me as he jimmied the window open, so I didn't get a good look at him. Both men were carrying black back packs. If you see two men matching this description, consider calling the police. At the very least, keep an eye on them.
