[Summit] Suspicious activity

Friends & Neighbors,

Hi!  We were out walking Tu. evening just before sunset when I noticed a
group of 20 something white males on small bikes racing down Creston towards
N. Main hooting and hollering.  All 4 had buzz cuts, 3 had black backpacks.
 I've never seen any of them in the neighborhood before.

Any Tu. breaks near Miriam?

It's not illegal to carry a camera and take pictures, is it?  Perhaps having
an army of photography buffs out on the streets will help send a message.

How do we get crime watch signs to put up on our block?  Anyone thinking of
being a block captain and needs a little help getting started?
