Hey everyone,

Sounds like a good time to think about revisiting the fledgling Summit Crime
Watch. Start by having a block party/meeting and creating a list of names,
street, cell, & license plate #s, to be shared only w/ willing participants
on your block. If suspicious activity is seen in a neighbor's house/yard,
you could then alert that neighbor by cell phone to see if the activity is
legit or not. Vehicles backed into a driveway are a good reason to raise
eyebrows, especially if their trunk is open and you know this vehicle
doesn't belong to that property.

Just a start. Keep an eye out for Monica's notice of next crime watch
meeting. Always looking for block captains.

Paul

PS People on Memorial & Creston who have not already contributed to the
list, if you are willing, please get in touch w/ me. I'd like to get our
two streets moving on this, now that the good weather is (?) on its way
again. Sorry to those who have already done so and are still waiting.
Winter languishes nearly over, time to act.
