[Summit] Lightbulb disposal

Compact florescent bulbs contain mercury so they should not be thrown in the regular garbage. I know Lowe's has a box near the 'returns' section where you can dispose of compact florescent bulbs.  Every so often the city has a hazardous materials waste day and you could get rid of them then.
