[Summit] Mt Hope neighborhood controversy?

Hello neighbors,

Does anyone know anything about an old controversy in the Mount Hope
neighborhood about a cell phone tower (or something) being installed at the
church on Camp Street?  This might have been four or five years ago.  People
were up in arms because of health risks -- maybe?  I'm looking at a house in
that neighborhood, but wanted to find out more about this old situation and
whether (or how) it was resolved.
