[Summit] Suspicious Behavior

Friends,

This afternoon, about 2:45 PM, an old, worn, green van, probably Chevy or
Ford, license plate RI 56115 (have to confirm # w/ notes in my car in the
AM, but pretty sure this was it, will repost # if not), was being driven
quite slowly down Memorial by a single male, approx. 34-45 y.o., taking a
careful look at each house as he passed.  Neither driver nor van were
familiar.  Did not strike me as a delivery person.  Would have been happy to
help if he was.
