[Summit] Fall Festival THIS Sunday and Providence Area Traffic Delays on Monday

Dear Neighbors,

The Fall Festival which was postponed last Sunday due to the rainy forecast will be held this Sunday, October 2nd from 12pm-4pm.  Please be advised that Hope Street will be closed between Fifth and Burlington.  The side streets will remain open.

I just received a notice from the city that due to an event at The Dunkin Donuts Center on Monday October 3rd, heavy traffic delays are expected during the morning and evening commutes.  I have alerted The Miriam Employees, and thought the neighborhood should be aware of the impacts as well.
