[Summit] FW: After the snow flies, who is responsible for cleaning public areas?

Most of the ones that get me irritated are private residences. I walk
frequently to the JCC and there are many folks on Elmgrove, and other
streets as well, of course, who do not shovel their sidewalks at all, but
clear nice paths from their door to the driveway then dump the driveway snow
onto the sidewalk. Isn¹t it required for people to keep their front walks
clear? I give some slack for those on corners where the plows shove huge icy
piles of snow onto the walkway, but I think it¹s really low to shovel your
driveway and put the snow on the sidewalk.

The Apsara plaza was quite a mess last time we had a lot of snow.
