Have the roofer put a roof over her with the words "I'm not a very
neighborly neighbor" spray-painted in bold vermillion.

Sorry, I don'y have any suggestion other than the most painful one: go over
and re/introduce yourself*. If there's any bloodshed you'll know it wasn't
really a solution.
