[Summit] Red park

a.k.a. "Frog park". We were just there yesterday, as it happens, and I
noticed what looked like a business presentation EASEL dumped in that
box. So I guess it's not just parents dumping toys ;)

I can't say I've seen any "dangerous" toys at the Tot Lot, and if I did I'd
certainly trash it.

My overriding fear is that with all this complaining about kids' toys
in--gasp--a kids' playground, it's going to lead some fine public servant
to draw up a law forbidding any more "used toys". C'mon folks, didn't you
all love to play with others' toys growing up?
