The discussion started with Tasche Bryant's 9/20 post asking for a summary
of the SNA meeting, that was centered on proposed plans for a community
garden. There was no mention of toys, appearance of the park or whose
responsibility is is/was/should be to keep it clean which is, evidently, a
separate issue.

Melissa Dubose had replied to the thread with concerns about the park's
signage, toys and general use, which should probably have been a new thread.
