Subject:  [Summit] Has political campaigning already begun?

I've just come back from a month-long "workcation" and I'm feeling a little
out of the loop for Rhode Island. Do we know who is campaigning this year?
What offices are open? Will there be any issues on the ballot? Have any Meet
the Candidate nights been scheduled?  If not, does anyone know where to find
said information?
