[Summit] Intruder on 12th St

[Carol Cancro]

The phone # for the District Eight substation is 243-6980.  While the
commanding officer is listed as Lieutenant John K. Ryan, I'm not sure
whether we have a specific contact for these kinds of reports.  Any further
wisdom from the neighborhood?
