[Summit] Word Table of Contractors

Hi everyone,

Thanks to Sumati for compiling a list of contractor recommendations. That was very helpful! I have taken the liberty of putting them into a Word table. I also went back a couple of months and grabbed some other recommendations I'd seen there and added them. 

I'm not sure if there's a central place that this document can be housed, but I will keep updating it as I see recommendations and send it around if anyone wants updated copies. Also, I will need to re-do my roof this year, so if anyone has additional recommendations (other than EPCO, so I can get some quotes), I would appreciate it!
