[Summit] Suspicious behavior

The Providence Police Department has a webpage about reporting suspicious
behavior:
https://www.providenceri.com/PEMA/homeland-security/suspicious-activity-reporting.
 It asks that you call the police at (401) 272-3121 and give as much detail
as possible (what you observed, who, where, when, and why you think it was
suspicious). I think there are some prompts when you dial the phone
number. I am not sure what they do from there. It would be helpful, as
the emails suggested yesterday, to have the Camp St police station open
again so they could look for suspicious persons or vehicles that we report.
 I don't often notice a police car driving by my apartment; I see the
Miriam security vehicle much more often.  I'll report my sighting today;
should really have done it right after but I thought I was just
overreacting at the time.
