By coincidence, one of our mayoral candidates 
released his crime program this morning (probably different from Cianci's)

Interesting to note in the story that crime 
overall is down in the city and country, though 
no one knows why. So we may be dealing with a 
one-person crime wave rather than a more worrisome trend.
