[Summit] 28' Ladder?

Hello neighbors,

I was wondering if anyone close to 4th St. at Hope has a 28-foot (or
larger) outdoor extension ladder I might be able to borrow for a few hours
sometime this weekend? I need to install a dryer vent on the side of my
house, and it seems crazy to spend $300+ for a ladder I might not ever use
again and have nowhere to store.
