[Summit] Kelly and Ophelia;Leech and taxes

So, folks are concerned about taxes going up?  What else is new?  How about these connections - this guy Richard Leech, a judge, and high rents???
We all suffer in this state, on the east side with people that do what they are told to get public money in their budget.  Money=power=high rent!!!!
