[Summit] Pay it Forward Books for Billy Taylor Park Summer Program

Hi all,

I hope this doesn't ruffle any feathers or violate any SNA list etiquette.…

We're doing a "Pay it Forward" program to give books to youngsters at a lunchtime literacy program in Billy Taylor Park.
My boss, Mark Binder will be performing the story Cinderella Spinderella for the (estimated) 25 youngsters at the event, and then signing and giving away copies of the book!

I've kicked in $15 for a book, won't you do the same?

We're using http://GoFundme.com/cinderellaspinderella/ to raise money to pay for the books.
It's different than Kickstarter, because there is no minimum threshold. As the money comes in, all of it goes to books that we'll be giving away.

You can give more, too! Our long-term goal is 10,000 books, and the next scheduled event  is in Pawtucket for 100 young people at the Pawtucket Rec Department Summer Camp.
