[Summit] Street Paving - One Picture?

I want to know what happened to all of the money we approved borrowing for
repaving during the last election... Is Providence still planning on
repaving all of their streets separately from the water/sewer work?
Here is a wild idea - is one picture really
worth a thousand words?  Sometimes.

How about if we all started taking multiple
pictures of all the grisly driving hazards
on our streets and sent them personally
to "Angel" Tavares, who as far as I can tell
is too busy running for Governor to notice
what's what in our neck of the woods?

Maybe politics could help accomplish what
responsibility apparently can't.
