[Summit] Parking Meters on HOPE STREET

I wanted to share this articles with everyone. I think parking meters on Hope Street are a horrible idea. They are ugly and will make our quaint area feel so much more urban. I am both a long time Summit resident and a Hope Street Merchant and it’s bad for both residents and merchants.

It’s not just the meters, but all the signage that comes with them. Where will that signage go? will trees be cut back, beautiful planters eliminated?

I encourage you to read this article and contact the mayor and our representatives. I’m hoping the SNA can take this on as an issue and I’m happy to help anyway I can.
