[Summit] Next Tuesday's Plan Commission agenda

Although it contains nothing extraordinarily striking, next Tuesday’s City Plan Commission agenda has several items affecting parts of the East Side, including

   
   -  new zoning for flood control
   -  a rezoning request (residential to commercial) for Planet Street (near the Cable Car and the Wild Colonial)
   -  Miriam Hospital's proposed Institutional Master Plan, and
   -  what seems to be the proposed extended-stay hotel next to the Harry Kizirian Main Post Office (near the Peter Pan bus terminal)

The meeting is scheduled (as usual) for 4:45 p.m. Tuesday 20 October at the Planning Department’s cafeteria/auditorium on the main floor of the Joseph Doorley building (formerly Blue Cross), 444 Westminster St., just after Westminster crosses Empire and the car lanes end.
