[Summit] Plumber needed ad red boiler water

Our boiler is only 3 years old so the likelihood of it being that is low.
I honestly have had this issue since they redid the water lines last
summer. I called Prov Water and they said they are going to flush the
hydrant on Camp street which should help anyone on near that area and also
to remove the aerator on the sink and rinse it out.
