[Summit] received mail, Monday what is up?

Using my iPhone, I sent to  <mailto:summit-owner at sna.providence.ri.us>
summit-owner at sna.providence.ri.us a message regarding Monday's mail. I
received back an auto response msg from summit-bounces at sna.providence.ri.us,
which the iPhone could not display. "Testing" was the only word in the
message.
 
Whom should I direct (in confidence) my ideas regarding the contents of
SNA's emails?
 
I do not think this is very clean programming.
