[Summit] Another 2 cents on bad dog owners

Hi, everyone,
I found a pile of poop in our yard last week, right next to the sidewalk.
And a week or so ago I saw a woman with a dog drop a bag of poop into the
garbage can of one of my neighbors before I could say anything to her. I
know so many nice, responsible dog owners. Too bad not everyone follows
their good example!
