[Summit] North Main St. Spa re-opened

He hearing was in the paper.  They hired licensed nassage therapists or at
least they claimed that. City felt it hasd no choice but to allow  them to
open as they met the requirements of the law.  It is the same management as
before so there is no reason to beleive they did not lie.  greg

Spa.  Advertising on backpage shows it's not.
This establishment now called "Smilers Spa".
Was there a liiscensing hearing that we all missed?
