Interesting sidebar: in 2014 I did design work for a candidate in district
21. I'm a reasonably good designer but my work is nothing special. However,
when I saw the caliber of work being produced for some of the other
campaigns, I was appalled. When I asked the district 21 candidate--a friend
of mine--she said this was normal. I was doing the work for her pro bono,
but she said that many campaigns spend big money on design & printing costs.

I don't know anything about Mitchell's campaign/funding but there is
evidently little correlation between money and the quality of campaign
materials.
