[Summit] Replacing an oil burner

National Grid has a subsidy program for converting to gas. It lowered my
tenants heating costs, eliminated yearly servicing, and a potential tank
leak.

At the time it was half off the furnace total cost was 3k for 85% efficient
(95% was not installable for us but available)
