[Summit] Keep an eye out for turtles!

Some people don't stop for turtles, alas. Or anything.
The DEM could have sent someone out to move it out of the street...
If one wants to help a turtle, carry it across the road in the same
direction it was going. A friend of mine uses snow shovels for this
purpose. If it's a snapper, definitely do not try to pick it up without a
shovel! (They have long necks.)
