[Summit] man from "Power" on Chace Drive

On Thursday afternoon (March 30), a middle-aged man knocked on my door,
claiming he was working "over on 8th Street" - seemingly to explain why he
had no car - and offered a free estimate to repair my roof.  8th Street is
not quite nearby.

On his jacket, he had a round sign/label, "Power."

Only afterward did this encounter appear strange to me, especially when I
watched him walking away, checking the neighbors' driveways.
