[Summit] Reminder: today's concert party 3:30pm

Summit neighborhood folks are invited to a brief live concert party today at 3:30pm. It's in honor of Emerge RI, which is a nonprofit group encouraging and training democrat women to run for office. A few details:
- music is a live band from Boston who do medieval Portuguese love songs. 
- guest star, State Senator Gayle Goldin 
- also meet the women behind Emerge RI who are looking to train volunteers who want to run for local office

Party is from 3:30-6pm.
