[Summit] List of Contractors

Nextdoor is very useful for contractor recommendations. There's a section
on the site where you can post and search for recommendations. And there is
a good amount of discussion of various contractors.

Note: The attached list has at least one serious dud and is missing some
other good people that have been recommended off list.

In general, I get the sense that a lot of contractors prey on the
ignorance, helplessness, and gullibility of some people around here.  I've
had list-recommended contractors quote prices that are just ridiculous.
