[Summit] fountain

I lovel the fountain. It's a lovely piece of Art Deco sculpture as well as a reminder of the wonderful things the WPA did. I do NOT want to see it removed. I think we need to put in a place where kids can splash around in. I am serious, though, about establishing a Lippit Park conservancy (it would be a public-private partnership). There 's a lot in the park that needs improvement and putting in a child-friendly water feature might be expensive. I also would like to see better and more comfortable benches put in the park and the landscaping needs improvement.
