[Summit] Blackstone Estate Petition

Is there some alternative this group is proposing? Fewer than 10 houses? The estate to remain abandoned? I hope it isn't a park that the city could not afford to maintain again.
Yes, the Balton St houses are close together, but so are the houses in the rest of Summit.  And people seem to be buying them.
It is hard to get behind this.
