[Summit] Lippitt Park

It would be much more pleasant in the park. However it would be very
difficult to create a one way stream of people. I believe they need one
entrance and one exit to be able to open - much like the grocery stores.
This would be very hard in an open park.
We just need to be patient and we have a lot of things to look forward to!
