RIPTA Service to Run Holiday Schedule in Observance of Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2020

RIPTA Offices Will Be closed on Thursday, November 26

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) will operate all fixed-route services on a Sunday/Holiday schedule on Thursday, November 26, 2020, in observance of Thanksgiving Day, an official state holiday.

RIPTA Offices 
 All RIPTA offices, will be closed on the Thanksgiving holiday.

RIde and Flex Services 
 The statewide RIde Program will operate only ADA trips on Thursday, November 26, 2020. No Flex Services will operate on Thanksgiving Day. The Flex Service reservation line (1-877-906-FLEX) and the RIde reservation line (461-9760) will not be staffed on Thursday. Flex Zones will resume regular service on Friday, November 25.

Walmart Cranston Shopper Route 

 The Walmart Cranston Shopper, which normally operates only on Thursdays, will operate on Wednesday, November 25, instead.

Shopping Safe and Happy Little Thanksgiving!

Thank you to everyone who came in for our Fall Sale. We raised 300 dollars to split between the Rhode Island Food Bank and the WeR1 Fund!

Did you miss out on the sale because you were laying low to avoid the pandemic?  Paper Nautilus is following Gov. Raimondo's guidelines by limiting the number of people in the store and providing hand sanitizer stations. If you would like to request a book for pick-up to minimize time in the store, we can do that! Call or email us to see if we have what you are looking for!

In the coming weeks, we will be posting more items to the shop on our website. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to see our new listings. We are also changing our window displays more often to facilitate window shopping!

| Little Pictures 2020 in Dodge House Gallery! |

| The galleries of the Art Club are once again open to the public, so you can visit our 116th Annual Little Pictures Show & Sale to see over 700 original artworks spread across three unique gallery spaces. Over 120 artists are represented in this show. All work on view is sized 16" x 16" or less and priced at no more than $300. Sales of art are tax free in Rhode Island.
The galleries are open for walk-in visits during our regular gallery hours 12-5pm seven days a week (excluding Thanksgiving Day). To visit during regular gallery hours you do not need an appointment or reservation. Just drop by. Admission is always free. 
All visitors must wear masks for the duration of their visit and maintain appropriate social distance. Capacity in each gallery will be limited based on State guidance for retail venues. 6 visitors will be allowed in Dodge House Gallery and 8 visitors will be allowed in Maxwell Mays and Mary Castelnovo Galleries. |

| If you plan to visit us any day during our 12-5pm public gallery hours you do not need an appointment. But if you'd prefer to schedule a private and socially distanced viewing of Little Pictures outside of gallery hours, all you have to do is contact Gallery Manager Michael Rose and he will be happy to arrange it.
If you'd prefer to shop from home, you can explore our virtual catalogue with 50 items available exclusively online. We will be adding more online shopping options in the coming weeks.
