[Summit] Electricity - Another Issue

The General Assembly probably considers it an art form to see how many BS
fees they can stuff and obfuscate onto monthly bills. I am also annoyed
they no longer separate the high cost portion of renewable energy.
It's all an agenda until enough people (who aren't benefiting by this
slight of hand) become aware and say something. However, a large segment of
our population is benefiting from these "proprams" by usage or
administration.
