[Summit] Dog walkers, please

> Living in Summit where walking is part of the attraction- for pedestrians who enjoy walking alone, with others , and with their dogs of all sorts we need to have safe sidewalks.  
> And that means not only shoveling snow off them in winter but picking up after your dog.

> First I stepped in it because I didn’t see it. ugh! Then I removed it Fr the sidewalk with 1. A hoe 2. water 3 and a push broom . It took me at least. 15 minutes (not counting cleaning my shoe)  This is not the first time I have had to deal with this. 
> The sidewalk is now safe for pedestrians and for dog walkers again but: 
> Please folks, curb your dogs and use a pooper scooper.  Be a good neighbor
